Snap a fault. Get a governed work order.

A technician photographs a defect and a work order is drafted on the spot: fault class proposed by a model, asset resolved from the register, priority and SLA clock set by a deterministic matrix, permits attached by rule. The model proposes and must clear a confidence threshold; below it, the photo goes to a person instead of a guess. A named human approves every dispatch, and every step lands in a hash-chained trail you can read at the bottom. Simulated captures, synthetic asset register, no real client data. Runs entirely in your browser.

Simulated captures · two are AI-generated photographs (Nano Banana 2 via OpenArt) made for this demo, unrelated to any client site, for copyright and confidentiality · the pipeline applies unchanged to real photographs · every step tagged HUMAN / AI / SYSTEM

Pick a capture on the left to run the pipeline.

Two of the eight are chosen to fail well: one is rejected at the quality gate, and one is too ambiguous for the model, so it refuses and routes to a person. The refusal is the feature. The two newest captures carry an AI-proposed mark-up box over the defect; drag it, resize it, then confirm it as a person.

Runs fully in your browser. Simulated captures over a synthetic estate; SHA-256 custody and the hash chain are computed live. No backend, no data leaves this page. · willytai.com
