Assurance · process mining · live
The process you designed is not the process you run.
This workbench mines the as-is process out of an event log: 700 procure-to-pay cases, 6,787 events, every activity stamped with its source document. The map below is computed from the log in your browser, not drawn by hand: drag the abstraction slider and watch rare paths appear, flip to performance view and find the approval that quietly takes days, then let deterministic conformance rules name every case that paid before approval or bought before the PO existed. Synthetic log, seeded generator, fully deterministic mining. No AI drew this flowchart.
Synthetic P2P log · 700 cases · mining is deterministic and re-runnable
Every distinct path through the process, ranked. The designed process is one variant; the log contains –. That gap between "the SOP" and this list is the whole argument for mining the log instead of interviewing the process owner.
Four rules a controller would recognise, checked deterministically against every case. No sampling, no judgement calls: a deviation is a property of the timestamps and user IDs, and every flagged case is named below, drill-down included.
Runs fully in your browser. Synthetic log from a seeded generator; the miner re-derives the map, variants and deviations from raw events on every load. No backend, nothing leaves this page. · willytai.com
