I mined this map out of a CMMS event log: 850 work orders, 7,558 events, every activity stamped by the record that created it. The map below is computed from the log in your browser on every load. Every distinct path a work order took, ranked. The designed lifecycle is one variant; the log contains –. That gap between the SOP and this list is the whole argument for mining the log instead of interviewing the maintenance manager.
Four rules a facilities manager would recognise, checked deterministically against every work order. No sampling, no judgement calls: a deviation is a property of the timestamps and the event order, and every flagged work order is named below, drill-down included.
What this is, honestly. A synthetic event log from a seeded generator, built for this site. No client data is present; the blocks, trades, technician IDs and timestamps are all invented, and the generator writes no deviation labels, so every finding on this page is re-derived from raw events on load. The four rules are deterministic arithmetic on timestamps and event order. No language model is involved anywhere on this page. If I ever add a narrative step, it will follow the same governed pattern as my other demos: the rules decide, the model proposes commentary, and a human reads it before anyone acts.
