  • Joint programme manager for a S$35M M&E technology refresh for a Government agency: a PSSCOC-delivered integrated command centre with a digital twin, coordinating more than ten suppliers across BMS, power SCADA, security and fire-alarm systems.
  • Led a S$4M technology refresh for a Government smart-facilities programme spanning 50+ mainland, foreshore and offshore facilities: BMS renewal, IoT sensing, a microgrid for next-generation power management, and an FM command centre showcased to visiting foreign delegations.
  • Led a S$4M green-technology programme: AI-optimised cooling, indoor-air-quality sensing and smart lighting across the estate, strengthening sustainability reporting and operating efficiency. FEATURED IN THE STRAITS TIMES AND THE BUSINESS TIMES
  • Designed and deployed a S$2M smart-FM platform across a retail conglomerate's ten malls, replacing paper-and-phone operations with one governed system.
