SMART CITIES · DIGITAL TWIN · LIVE DEMO

The estate, as one operating picture.

An asset-light digital twin of a small estate: an eight-storey block, its rooftop air handlers and its chiller plant, instrumented with temperature, air-quality and power points. The geometry is deliberately schematic, because the monitoring value lives in the points and the workflow, not the polygons. Click any asset for its telemetry. Then inject a fault and watch it travel down the lit duct riser until the governed work order reaches a named human for approval. Then press Cube: the same twin reduced all the way down to state, kind and rough location, which is everything a monitoring twin actually owes you. Synthetic data, method demonstration. The real version of this idea ran across an estate of 50+ facilities.

What this is, honestly. A demonstration twin built for this site: the geometry is stylised, the sensors are simulated, and the fault script is written by me. What it demonstrates is the operating concept I delivered at estate scale: one picture of many systems, faults caught by rules on live telemetry, and a human owning the consequential call, with every action logged. It is not the client system, and no client data is present.
